E hitaande 2002, Puntland, diiwaan ɗo Sultan Hurre jeyaa ɗoo, heɓi caɗeele politik nde hooreejo diiwaan oo, Kolonel Abdullaahi Yusuf Ahmed, duuɓi tati mum joofi. Hooreejo leydi Abdullahi salii noddude woote, o felliti ɓeydude waktuuji makko e laamu tawa ko e doosɗe leydi.
