The missing thing huh.. Maybe put a warning that most Indonesia street foods are kinda unhygienic; most of them are covered in Travellers' diarrhea though. Here are some common ones, overused stuff (like oil and plastic straw), refurbished meat (by dipped in Formaldehyde nor Borax), and "fake" sauce (made from papaya instead of tomato or chili, then paint it with textile coloring).

Yeah, slowly but sure, those negative things are disappearing.
